Compiler Error Message: CS0016

Author: Last Thursday I was working with a client trying to get some code I had written running under his copy of IIS on Windows Vista. The full text of the message indicates that the .NET runtime was unable to create the DLL in the shadow directory, but when you go to that directory it is obvious that it was able to create all of the other files. Why not the DLL?!
